Boddy整理了這一塊土地，經由比佛利山莊的建築師J. E. Dolena設計，
建造了一棟優雅的兩層樓，包含22間客房，的豪宅。
這棟豪宅鳥瞰25英畝活橡樹林與山茶花襯裡的車道。
Bobby把他的這塊地稱之為Rancho del Descanso，在西班牙語意味「休憩的牧場」。
他還購買了額外440英畝的北原地產（也就是這塊地以北），
為今日的花園提供新鮮的山澗泉水。
攝影尋寶
攝影俱樂部的出遊果然跟理查自己跑出去亂拍不太一樣，
俱樂部的出遊有主題、有目的。喜歡挑戰、競賽。
而理查自己一個人就漫無目的的亂走亂拍...差很大...
這次的Descanso Garden之旅有一個重要的目的就是「攝影尋寶」！！！
