How to check a canon shuttle count?

First, connect your DSLR with your computer,

Second, start CANON Utility software,

You will see that then.

I thought canon can\'t check the shutter count...

Once the number being reset, it will be untraceable.

Just wondering.

Who can clear our doubt?
