Get 40D if:
1) shots are taken mostly outdoor (戶外).
2) on budget
3) view pictures mostly on computer and print pictures about A4 size or less.
4) if you need wide angel, suggest get 10-22mm.
5) No plan to upgrade to higher spec camera.
Get 5DII if:
1) shots are taken mostly indoor. You will appreciate the fullframe sensor (wider view), usually indoor you have limited space, so wider view is better. You will also appreciate the and higher ISO selection (less light indoor)
2) no concern on cost (you got lots of \"coco\")
3) you can print picture bigger than A4 size
4) you care a lot on colors and Image quality
I have 5DII + 24-70mm, I do alot of indoor shots, you will love the 2.8 + high ISO selections.
