You will be able to send your camera to our repair center in Japan, but we also recommend to overseas customers to get repair service in their countries because of delivery fee, export control and that kind of botheration.
If you wish to get repair service close to your location, we will arrange to send you an e-mail from related section for you, so please let us know the country and area where you are staying.
If you wish to repair in Japan, we are afraid that you would have to pay for the delivery charge.
The standard cost of repair work in Japan is 18,900 yen.
However the repair cost will be changed depend on a condition of the camera.
We are able to check your camera first, and give you the estimation.
